​The 2016 Winter PCN Forum was held on January 28-30, 2016 at the DoubleTree by Hilton West Edmonton.

The Executive Director Forum focused on change management tools, including community input in your business planning, conflict management and maximizing your human resources. 
The Physician Leads Forum included several sessions on building the Patient's Medical Home. There were also sessions on a patient experience pilot, secure physician to physician messaging and discussions on the PCN funding model.
